Do I need to supply cleaning equipment and sprays?

Not at all. Ciara’s Gleam Team brings commercial-grade, eco-conscious cleaning products, fresh microfibres, and high-suction vacuums to every visit. If you prefer us to use specific products on sensitive wood or marble surfaces, just leave them out!

Do I need to be home while you clean?

Most of our Edinburgh clients are at work or out running errands during their regular cleans. You can let us in, leave a key in an external key-safe, or arrange key collection with your building concierge.

Are you fully insured if something gets accidentally damaged?

Yes, completely. We hold comprehensive public liability insurance covering your property, possessions, and keys for total peace of mind.

What happens if I'm not 100% satisfied with a clean?
